Hands down, this restaurant is the best in Las Vegas and my favorite across the board. Everything about it checks all the boxes. I first visited by a friend’s recommendation to meet for dinner. They raved about Chef Marc and how they’ve been following him through all his restaurants. We were easily able to see why after our first visit! We’ve been back too many times to count and continue to look forward to it every time. Attention to detail is everything here, and the service shows for itself. You’re often warmly greeted upon entry by your server, another staff member, or even Chef Marc himself. All the staff are kind, friendly, and sociable. Your servers will go out of their way to ensure you have the best they have to offer. Before I’m done with a soft drink, a refill is already out before I get to ask. Tables are cleaned between courses, and plates and utensils are always replaced with a fresh set. The food always has the perfect amount of flavor and tastes amazing every time. The presentation is beautiful, and the performance that comes with some of the dishes and beverages is enjoyable to watch. Chef Marc always makes a point to stop by your table and make sure you’re enjoying yourself or simply just to welcome you in, which is a great touch. If you’re in the area, this is the place to go. You’ll enjoy your experience here as well as the delicious food.

We have been coming to the Florentine Cafe for quite some time, but had never had a chance to enjoy the main restaurant Sgrizzi. This was fantastic! Pietro provided excellent service, gave us fantastic recommendations from the menu, and the food and wine were perfection. Considering this restaurant is minutes from our home, we will be visiting much more often. The southwest corner of Las Vegas is the place to be.

This is probably the best restaurant in the Southwest Valley. The service and the food are absolutely amazing. They didn't overlook a single aspect. We loved the bread, that is made in house here at the bakery that is attached. The drinks we ordered were delicious. For the appetizer, we opted for the bone marrow, which is perhaps my all-time favorite, and it didn't disappoint. It had a good seasoning of salt and pepper, and was roasted just right. For entrees, we opted for a safe one, and a risky one. The Chicken Parm is the safe one, haha. It was good.. hard to mess up a dish like that. The Swordfish was the risky one, neither of us have ever had it before and we weren't sure we would care for it all. The waiter actually had Chef Marc come by and describe it in great detail and assured us that we would like it, and they were right. It is a dense, non-fishy dish. They seasoned it well, and the potatoes it came with were excellent too. The dessert was a table side Tiramisu. It was huge, and we couldn't finish it all, despite how tasty it was. Overall, very impressed with the meal. I am looking to head back soon for some dry-aged steak as well.

Do not sleep on this place, or ordering the artichokes! This is a great place for foodies!! Absolutely everything we tried was excellent, but the artichokes were my favorite. Chef Marc and his staff were warm and personal with great recommendations. Chef made our carbonara and served it personally... It was fabulous. It is so obvious he has such love and passion for what he does, and that care is lovely to bask in! They make everything in house and the prosciutto was outstanding - not overly salty like most I've had. Table side deconstructed tiramisu was light fluffy perfection with delicate and layered flavors. It has ruined all other tiramisu for me. The cocktails we tried were expertly mixed and delicious. The service was outstanding. Atmosphere is dark and cozy and not too loud, so a great date destination. You can actually hold a conversation, which is so nice. As a professional hospitality interior designer I am more discerning about the interior design - the decor is nice, but not extravagant. It could use a bit of layering and softness. Too many TV's for my liking in a fine dining establishment. The design is lacking that next level of layering (that like food!) takes it from good to great. But that said... we aren't there for the interior design. There's a great chef's table near the display kitchen for those that like that. The fit and finish was nice, but could use a bit of work... But the food is AMAZING so that really makes up for the very minor misses in the layout and design! Bonus: you walk in through the bakery, that while a bit odd, also allows you to take home tomorrow's breakfast. I didn't pass on that opportunity! I loved my croissant this morning. Since it is close to home, this is going to be one of my new favorite places for both morning coffee and happy hour!!

My friend and i tried this place from rave reviews from our other friends who have been here and it definitely did not dissapoint! Best Italian restaurant I've ever been to on and off the strip! (and we've been to A LOT!) food was outstanding, but the service was exceptional! From the moment we walked in until we left... the staff were attentive and on top of their shit! We ordered beef tartare, their special fettuccine with Truffle Mushroom (which the owner/chef served tableside) linguine Nero (best dish), titamisu (served tableside as well) and pistachio ice cream desert with soaked rum cake on the bottom. They also have steak and meats (served tableside) but we didnt try them. The staff kept checking in on us, including the manager and chef. Overall best experience I've had at a restaurant off the strip. Highly recommended and definitely would love to come back to try their meats! A

My recent visit to Sgrizzi was nothing short of spectacular, highlighted by an array of dishes that truly captured the essence of Italian cuisine with a twist. I started with the Chopped Salad, a vibrant and fresh prelude to the feast that was to follow. The star of the show, however, was the 16oz Aged Butter and Herb Crusted Ribeye, cooked to perfection with an aromatic crust that added depth to every bite. A delightful surprise was the Buttery Parmesan Polenta, which came with a side of Mashed Carrots and Sweet Pickled Cabbage. Out of these three, the mashed carrots were my absolute favorite; their smooth texture and sweet, yet earthy flavor were a highlight of the meal, showcasing Chef Marc's ability to elevate simple ingredients into something extraordinary. The Chicken Riggies added a spicy kick that was not only delicious but also memorable. Their heat was balanced just right, making them a unique and addictive component of the meal. Sgrizzi stands out as potentially the best Italian restaurant in town. The combination of quality ingredients, innovative dishes, and the evident passion in every plate makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and exquisite dining experience in Las Vegas.

We had such a special time at Sgrizzi! Very personalized care from all areas: hostesses, servers, and Chef Marc even greeted us, told us the specials, and wished me a happy birthday. The perfect mix of upscale and small family-owned atmosphere! The food was incredible: fresh, from scratch. (Also, go to Florentine Cafe for espresso and pastries all the time!) Thank you for a wonderful dinner.
